Maxcess/RotoMetrics launch three new products

Maxcess Group, which includes RotoMetrics, has launched new products at Labelexpo Europe 2023 across its key label and flexible packaging-focused portfolios.

The new AccuAdjust from RotoMetrics is designed to solve liner variability issues across all liner material types. In addition, AccuAdjust allows for independent or simultaneous bearer adjustment using an intuitive digital controller. The system can be adjusted on both sides at standstill or when machine is running.

Each AccuAdjust unit comes automation-ready for the upcoming RotoAdjust operator interface upgrade.

VisionMax is the new software release that drives Maxcess’ 100 percent inspection systems. The software is capable of triggering taggers, marking devices, or stopping a line in order to remove defective product. The setup for a job is performed in a guided and self-explanatory sequence. The adaptive surface inspection tool is designed to inspect homogeneous surfaces such as plastics, paper, non-woven or foils.

The new Fife-500 Max is an update of the established Fife-500 web guiding system, incorporating new networking and communication technology, an intuitive 5in color touchscreen, 8-pole motor for smoother guiding and greater accuracy for reduced scrap.
