Propheteer unveils latest video-aided plate mounter

Propheteer International has launched a video-aided plate mounter for narrow web presses. Video MountII is an enhanced version of the company’s Video Mount plate mounter.

Aided by a split screen magnified video alignment tool, a single adjusting knob is now used to accurately align the plate to the cylinder, reducing the time for this critical task. Video Mounts produced in the past 12 years can be upgraded with the latest feature.   

Vide MountII features plate width of 4 to 20.5 inches; print cylinder repeat range 6 to 24 inches; and split screen video display with two video cameras and 20-times magnification for plate-to-cylinder alignment.
