UPM Raflatac expands durable product range

UPM Raflatac has launched a new addition to its durables labeling range, the new top-coated polyester face PET Matt White TC 50.

Matt films provide excellent barcode readability due to the absence of reflection. The top-coat assures excellent thermal transfer print results and superior scratch resistance with compatible TTR ribbons, says the company. PET Matt White TC 50 is available with both general purpose adhesives and special adhesives for applications where higher levels of adhesion and chemical and heat resistance are needed.  

UPM Raflatac continues to develop durable label materials including white, clear and silver PET faces, PSA overlaminating films, PPs and high tear-resistant materials. The adhesive options cater for even the harshest conditions across a range of substrates. 

PET Matt White TC 50 and other products for durables labeling are available through UPM Raflatac’s Small Roll Service. The option for single rolls in a choice of widths offers a reduced outlay for smaller label orders.
