Antti Jääskeläinen appointed UPM Raflatac EVP

He will become a member of UPM's group executive team as of the same date. He will be based in Helsinki and report to Jussi Pesonen, president and CEO.

 

Jääskeläinen is currently responsible for UPM Raflatac's EMEIA business (Europe, Middle-East, India and Africa) as senior vice president. He has been in his current role and UPM since 2014.

 

Pesonen says, ‘The UPM Raflatac EMEIA management team has done excellent work and with Jääskeläinen appointment, I'm sure UPM Raflatac will further improve and develop its business.’ 

 

Jääskeläinen  says, ‘UPM Raflatac has significant opportunities for value creation in the growing self-adhesive markets and I'm excited to lead this global organization forward.’ 

 

Jääskeläinen is 43 years old and has a master's degree both in engineering and economics.
