Doug Neal joins Barry-Wehmiller

Neal will lead the efforts to reboot the organization's dedication to operational excellence.

Barry-Wehmiller has appointed Doug Neal as vice president of continuous improvement, a new role which aims to bring transformative change to the organization.

With over thirty years of experience in operations and continuous improvement across diverse industries, from healthcare to manufacturing, Doug Neal brings a wealth of knowledge to the leadership team, making him a pivotal addition to Barry-Wehmiller.

Most recently, Neal worked at Revvity (formerly PerkinElmer), where he held important roles as senior director of global lean, senior director of planning and logistics and senior director of service operations. He has a Bachelor of Science in industrial management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania Western University Clarion.

Neal's skill set includes expertise in multisite operations, international business systems, manufacturing and transactional process improvement.
