Mike Henry becomes MCC CEO-elect

Mike Henry, the current executive vice president of Constantia Labels, has been named as CEO-elect of Multi-Color Corporation (MCC).

Mike Henry will work closely with the current MCC CEO Vadis Rodato, who is due to retire in early 2018

The news follows Constantia Flexibles signing an agreement to sell its Labels division to MCC for an enterprise value of approximately 1.15 billion EUR (1.3 billion USD), and becoming MCC’s biggest shareholder in the process.

Henry will work closely with the current MCC CEO, Vadis Rodato, who will retire in early 2018 after a transition period.  

Nigel Vinecombe will remain in his current role as executive chairman of MCC.
