Jeff Kerlin, TLP's new chief operating officer

Kerlin has previously served as vice-president and general manager of TLP, and has been a member of the TLP executive management team for the past eight years.

Prior to TLP, Kerlin co-owned a digital print company that pioneered new label printing technologies in prototype and short-run label markets. He also served for more than eight years as the director of manufacturing for Banta’s label group, prior to its buyout by RR Donnelly, and was the production manager for another local high volume label plant where he developed skills early on in effective operations management.

He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of TLP, as well as play a key part in ensuring execution of key strategies to enhance the TLP brand and services.

TLP president Mike Erwin said: ‘Jeff brings over two decades of label production, development and marketing to this new expanded role along with a special vision for future.

‘I have tremendous confidence in Jeff’s ability to take TLP to the next level in operational excellence and the customer service experience.’
