Sihl Group reorganises production

The Sihl Group is to transfer its inkjet conversion activities completely from Zurich to Dren, Germany. The production site in Zurich will focus on producing transparent paper, electrostatic paper and special products designed for industrial graphic applications.
The reorganisation is expected to produce cost savings of CHF 7 million in the business year 2004. 50 staff will lose their jobs in Zurich.
