Armor Canada receives ISO 9001 certification

Armor Canada has been awarded the ISO 9001 certification, which indicates more efficient and organized operations with a focus on continuous improvement and high-level service. This also means faster and more precise delivery times for customers.

Armor Canada receives ISO 9001 certification

Armor established its Canadian subsidiary in 2016 to benefit local customers by servicing them directly from the country. It now offers the new inkanto brand of ribbons with a lifetime guarantee, a free printhead cleaning wipes, an individual online certificate of conformity. The company claims that their innovative success is a result of placing their customers at the heart of their daily routine and always striving to satisfy the thermal transfer needs of their clients.

The company continues to invest in new equipment and staff, which they estimate will lead to a 50 percent increase in production capacity this year. All of Armor’s production sites around the globe are now ISO 9001 certified, and to go along with this achievement, its Canadian subsidiary has a target to be ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (safety) certified in the next calendar year.
