Innovia extends ISCC PLUS certification to Polish hub

Innovia Films, a material science company and producer of BOPP films, is extending its ISCC PLUS certification to its plant in Plock, Poland. 

'Following significant interest and our increasing commitment to reducing carbon footprint and continuing to play a big part in a circular economy, Innovia has expanded its ISCC PLUS certification to our plant based in Poland,' said Piotr Piasny, general manager, Innovia Films Poland.

'This allows Innovia to produce their range of Encore sustainable films globally, supplying both certified renewable materials, (ISCC PLUS Bio-Circular material) and certified circular material, (ISCC PLUS Circular Material),' he continued.

ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) is an independent multi-stakeholder organization providing a globally applicable certification system for the sustainability of raw materials and products.
