Mactac returns to labelexpo Americas with strong synergy

Exhibiting with Spinnaker, Label Supply and Lintec, Mactac will showcase its combined specialties and promote unique opportunities.

Mactac has been gearing up to showcase the powerful synergy between Mactac, Spinnaker, Label Supply and Lintec at Labelexpo Americas 2024, bringing combined specialties and unique opportunities to the pressure-sensitive label industry.

In recent years, Mactac has expanded through Duramark, Spinnaker and Label Supply acquisitions. As an all-in-one resource for specialty labeling, Mactac now offers one of the most comprehensive portfolios of adhesive products.

‘Our manufacturing and distribution footprint has grown by 50 percent, providing enhanced capability in film, specialty labeling and custom product development. This ensures our capacity to serve every North American geography with flexible assets and service,’ says Dalia Naamani-Goldman, vice president of sales and marketing at Mactac North America. ‘Today’s Mactac is stronger than ever, enabling us to be exceptional for our customers by helping solve their problems and grow their businesses more efficiently.’

Labelexpo attendees will be able to explore Mactac’s enhanced capabilities at booth 143. There, it will introduce Ask S.A.M., which utilizes the expertise of Spinnaker and Mactac to address challenging label applications. Technical teams will offer support with a broad range of adhesive technologies. This service results from recent mergers and offers clients technical expertise and assistance.

Show visitors will also be able to see the new and improved Vivid Chrome Polypropylene Film labels, developed to offer performance and shelf appeal for food and beverage packaging, health and beauty products, home and auto care.

Mactac will also showcase its Purefloat, an APR-recognized adhesive for PET containers, Chill At, an APR-recognized adhesive for HDPE and PP containers, and a Clear-On-Clear ‘no-label-look’ product.

The company’s portfolio at the show will also include new direct thermal products manufactured with no added bisphenols, including a new logistics grade.

Rainbow Holographic Polypropylene will also debut through Mactac’s Precise program. This 2mm film features a rainbow pattern and exudes decorative appeal.

Mactac will also share a new Matte White Inkjet Polypropylene approved under BS5609 standards, ideal for applications requiring durability, weather and chemical resistance.

The company will also participate in several showcase events throughout Labelexpo.

On Monday, September 9, at 12 pm, Mactac’s sustainability manager, Christina Barajas, will  participate in the AWA Release Liner Seminar panel discussion. On Wednesday, September 11, at 11 am Barajas will also present ‘Release liner recycling for end-use customers’ at the Eco Stage Powered by TLMI.

Mactac and its parent company, Lintec, continue to invest in R&D and operational enhancements. Integrating Mactac, Spinnaker, Label Supply and Lintec sales teams ensures customers can count on prompt assistance, tailored advice and expert problem-solving for any roll label challenge.

‘Together, these elements create a strong fusion that fosters long-lasting relationships and reinforces our brands as trusted partners in their success,’ says Naamani-Goldman. ‘The strength of our combined companies has never been greater, and we look forward to showing how the breadth and depth of our offerings does more for our customers.’
