Holostik strengthens sustainability commitment with solar panel installation
The renewable energy initiative will fulfill more than 25 percent of Greater Noida’s power consumption.

In a significant stride towards environmental responsibility, Holostik has installed a solar power plant with a capacity of approximately 500 kWp at its Greater Noida manufacturing facility.
This renewable energy initiative will provide more than 25 percent of the plant’s power needs, making a substantial contribution to the company’s sustainability goals.
Sustainability is one of Holostik's four foundational pillars, alongside innovation, values, and technology. As a pioneer in anti-counterfeiting and security products, the company is committed to reducing its carbon footprint while delivering advanced brand protection technologies.
This installation of solar panels reflects Holostik’s alignment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Atmanirbhar Bharat 2047 vision and India's renewable energy goals. As India aims to achieve 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030, this initiative contributes to the national target by reducing reliance on conventional energy sources and promoting clean energy adoption.
The installation of solar panels is one of many sustainability-driven initiatives at Holostik. The company has also integrated eco-friendly materials into its product line. Its Paperogram technology provides secure and sustainable brand protection, reducing reliance on plastic-based security labels and contributing to a greener future.
Further strengthening its commitment to environmental excellence, Holostik was recently honored with the prestigious CII EHS Award for Best Environmental Practices at its manufacturing plant. This recognition underscores the company’s unwavering dedication to implementing eco-conscious operations across its facilities' environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
Beyond Holostik’s core operations, its eco-friendly arm, NaturTrust, actively produces biodegradable and compostable products, reinforcing the group’s long-term vision for a sustainable future. NaturTrust’s offerings align with global efforts to combat plastic pollution and promote environmentally responsible alternatives.
Ankit Gupta, joint managing director at Holostik, said: ‘With sustainability at the heart of our operations, we continuously innovate to reduce our environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of security solutions. The installation of solar panels at our Greater Noida plant is a testament to our commitment to clean energy and responsible manufacturing.’
Shobhit Gupta, joint managing director at Holostik, added: ‘By harnessing solar energy and continuously innovating in sustainable product development, Holostik is setting a benchmark for responsible manufacturing. The company remains steadfast in its mission to balance business growth with planetary well-being, proving that profitability and sustainability can go hand in hand.’
