Zolemba, specialized in the production of blank and custom printed labels, has recently its new website. With a focus on e-commerce, orders can now be easily and quickly arranged with just a few clicks.
In anticipation for the future, the configurator for printed labels has been renewed. The updated site allows customers to easily order printed labels in one overview. New to the platform are the service levels. For experienced buyers, there is the 'Economy Class' service level, where the customer provides print files according to the submission specifications. With 'Business Class,' the customer receives personal advice on their submitted files. The highest service level is 'First Class,' where prepress staff take care of file formatting and also provide optional variable data printing lists or mosaic printing.
The digital proof is then displayed as a 3D model, showing the roll winding, material properties, and appearance in a lifelike manner. The 3D model provides a realistic representation of the product that the customer will ultimately receive.
With the launch of 10 new websites for 10 different European countries, the focus is also on creating a 'local' feel. Attention has been paid to the translations of the websites, specific payment methods, and fulfillment to ensure faster deliveries in the respective countries. Furthermore, the customer service team has been strengthened to assist customers in all languages.
Ongoing development with new functionalities is underway. An online configurator for blank custom labels is currently in the works. Additionally, a personalized shopping environment is being developed, allowing customers to save time by displaying all regularly ordered products in one personalized overview. Numerous other new functionalities will be rolled out in the coming months, all to stay ahead as an e-commerce printing company.
