Amberley Labels unveils new branding
Amberley Labels has unveiled a new branding across its two UK sites, following the acquisition by Coveris Group in July 2020 and multi-million investment in its decorative labeling division.
The Dorset-based Amberley Labels was acquired by the Coveris Group in August 2019 to support growth plans in the beverage, personal care and fragrance label sectors. Over the last 18 months, the Coveris Group has invested in capacity, capability and now identity, to strengthen Amberley’s position in the premium label market.
Most recently investing over GBP 3.5 million (USD 4.479 million) in print and finishing equipment at Coveris’ existing Tenens Way Labels facility in Boston (Lincolnshire, UK). Amongst the list of new machines are two MPS presses: one featuring the UK’s first Pantec unit installation to support in-line embellishment and another, which utilizes new hybrid inkjet technology. The site has now been positioned under the Amberley brand umbrella, matching its operations with a new visual identity.
The two newly consolidated Blandford and Boston sites have been given a new modern branding to align the complementary products they offer. The highly embellished new style is visible across all brand assets, including its new website.
‘Having spent the last 18 months developing and investing in the Amberley business behind the scenes, we’re really excited to bring the two sites together with all of our hard work, culminating in a new world class brand,’ commented Dennis Patterson, business unit president for graphics, labels and board division at Coveris. ‘As a manufacturer of award winning, responsible labels for leading brands, we felt it was our duty to match this and we hope that our new identity delivers value to our client base in the same way that their brands do to us.’
