Leadership transition at NextGen Label Group

Tom Faugno will start a new role as strategic sales advisor, while Tom Mason assumes responsibilities as vice president of sales.

NextGen Label Group has confirmed that Tom Faugno, who served as chief sales officer, will start a new role as strategic sales advisor as part of a planned leadership transition that reinforces the company’s commitment to strategic growth and innovation.

Faugno’s transition reflects a deliberate effort to leverage his extensive industry expertise and insights, ensuring continued support for the company’s strategy and commercial objectives.

In his new role, he will focus on fostering partnerships, providing strategic counsel, and strengthening key customer and industry relationships that have been instrumental in NextGen Label Group’s success.

Tom Mason, who joined NextGen Label Group in late 2024, will formally assume leadership of the commercial side of the business as vice president of sales. With over 33 years of experience in the label and packaging industries, Tom Mason has already begun implementing strategies to expand NextGen’s market presence and drive sales growth across all divisions.
