Flexo Wash LLC celebrates two decades in business

Headquartered in Louisville, KY, Mike Potter established Flexo Wash LLC in August 2002 to provide Flexo Wash cleaning technologies and products in North America for the flexographic, offset and gravure package printing industries. They can extend the life of anilox rolls and sleeves, gravure cylinders, flexo plates, flexo plate sleeves, press parts and rotary screens while decreasing the make-ready downtime between job runs. 

Starting with just three employees, Flexo Wash now operates with a team of 20, with representatives in the US, Mexico and Canada. Flexo Wash is a family-owned business, with Mike Potter acting as the chairman, his son Patrick as president and his son Ryan as vice president of sales.

After 20 years in business, Flexo Wash installed 1,200 machines in 700 facilities across North America. 

Potter shared his recipe for success: ‘We sell equipment, but we are in the service business. Putting the customer’s needs first has always been my mantra, and it shows in relationships throughout the industry.’
