FTA Women of Flexo Conference announces full agenda

The FTA Women of Flexo Conference has released its lineup of conference speakers along with an updated conference agenda. In its third year, the conference brings together industry professionals for two days of networking and education. Hosted at the Bobst Competence Center in Georgia on March 4-5, 2025, this year’s theme, 'Art & Science,' will highlight the balance between technical expertise and creative problem-solving in the industry.

The finalized agenda includes speaker sessions, interactive workshops and technology demonstrations.

The conference kicks off Tuesday afternoon with Jennye Scott of Berry Global, who will explore professional relationship-building in 'The Art and Science of Networking.' Following her, Maggie Reed of Edale will present 'Turning Up the Volume - Getting Our Voices Heard,' offering insights on amplifying women's presence and influence in the industry. The day will conclude with a panel discussion, 'The Science Behind Flexo and the Art of Navigating Technical Roles,' moderated by Kara Pedigo. This session will feature industry professionals Amira Jyawook of Coim Group, Allie Ayers of DuPont, Viviane Ramsey of Sun Chemical and Jennifer Amaral of Fortis Solutions, sharing their experiences and strategies for success in flexography.

Day two begins with a tour of the Bobst Competence Center. Tara Halpin of Steinhauser will then lead a session on 'The Art & Science of Resilience & Leadership,' delving into strategies for professional growth and adaptability. Next, Rachel Acevedo of Ace Media & Marketing will present 'AI: A Whole New Way of Working,' providing practical guidance on using AI in everyday work. The conference will wrap up with Sarah Groves of Berry Global, who will tackle 'The Art of Negotiation: Why We All Hate It and How We Can Love It Instead.'
