BGM gears up for Labelexpo Europe 2022
Bar Graphic Machinery, one of the market leaders in the design and manufacture of label finishing systems, die-cutting slitter rewinders and digital label converting systems, has confirmed it will be showcasing its latest range of finishing technologies at Labelexpo Europe 2022 in Brussels in April.
‘Despite the challenges of the current pandemic, we are keen to get out and about and meet our customers and partners, old and new, from around the world,’ said Annemarie Rhodes, managing director at BGM. ‘Labelexpo is always a great opportunity to understand what’s happening in the market, identify the key trends and challenges the label industry is facing, and of course, network with the industry.
‘This year, we will be showcasing our latest range of BGM Elite machines, including our BGM Elite iSR label inspection slitter rewinder, probably the most cost-effective, compact, robust, and free-standing label inspection slitter rewinder available on the market today. We will be demonstrating its impressive speed, at up to 300m/min, and with our customers focusing on sustainability today, visitors can observe its energy efficiency performance being only run on a simple 13-amp 230V plug.’
At the show, BGM will also be showcasing the Elite eDSR easy load die-cut slitter rewinder, the company’s fastest, most cost-effective, compact, robust and free-standing label die-cutting solution. It offers a rotary die-cutting capability of up to 250m/min and can also be used as a conventional slitter rewinder for complete operational flexibility.
Finally, the BGM Elite Comflex compact digital finishing system will be available on the show floor, a full off-line entry-level digital converting machine. Despite being targeted at new entrants, it is designed and built to the exacting standards of quality that customers have come to expect from BGM. This compact and robust machine achieves semi-rotary die-cutting at speeds of up to 90m/min, nearly 40 percent faster than comparable machines on the market.
‘Labelexpo is an exciting moment in the label industry calendar and for BGM, an important event as we are continuing to grow around the world and on the lookout for new agents to complement our current partner network. We would welcome visits from machinery agents to talk about the potential of working with the BGM team,’ concluded Rhodes.
