ArrowJet Aqua 330R Lite comes to Lansen Label
Advanced digital printing technology streamlines operations and increases capacity for label provider
Lansen Label has installed the ArrowJet Aqua 330R Lite. The inclusion of the ArrowJet Lite has allowed Lansen Label to optimize its operations, streamline its production and substantially increase its capacity.
For over seven years, Lansen Label has been a provider of labels and packaging products for clients across Guyana, South America and the Caribbean region.
Rowling Khan, general manager for Lansen Label, recalls their initial encounter with Arrow Systems a few years ago: 'They had some really unique technologies, but we were not quite ready for their equipment at that time,' Khan explains.
However, after gaining valuable experience with smaller-scale equipment over the years, Lansen Label made the decision to transition to the more robust and industrial-grade ArrowJet Lite for their digital production. Khan affirms, 'So far, the results have been great - lower running costs, higher production and higher quality labels. Arrow Systems delivered on everything and more.'
At the forefront of water-based pigment inkjet technology, the ArrowJet Lite incorporates the cutting-edge Memjet Duraflex technology, enabling high-resolution printing at impressive speeds of up to 45m/min. In addition, the ArrowJet Lite offers versatile offline and inline finishing options. A swift setup process, minimal waste generation and durable printheads all contribute to the exceptional quality of the ArrowJet Lite.
Lansen Labels is the first installation of the ArrowJet Aqua 330R in the Caribbean and is using the equipment with a solar-powered solution. The ArrowJet had to be specially modified to work with the 220 1P power that the solar provided.
Lansen Label plans to leverage the advanced capabilities of the ArrowJet Aqua 330R Lite to exceed the label printing demands of its diverse clientele while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
