Etiprint invests in Grafotronic equipment
Etiprint, one of the largest label producers in Portugal, has once again invested in Grafotronic equipment – this time in a Hi³ inspection machine and a DCL² converting line. The new equipment will join an existing Grafotronic inspection slitter rewinder purchased in 2017.
Etiprint was established in 2001 and is experiencing constant growth. It continuously invests in new Grafotronic technology to meet its customers' high demands and achieve the best production quality possible.
The company focuses on personalized full-service projects, delivering blank and printed labels in individual formats and designs. The product portfolio includes printed labels for product labeling, multi-layer dry-peel and piggyback labels, logistic and security labels, as well as many other special functionality labels such as RFID, synthetic, reusable or cover-up.
The Grafotronic HI³ 450 was chosen primarily for its inspection functionality and the BST TubeScan systems integration.
The DCL² 350, also installed at Etiprint, is a complete finishing line for labels, specified in a complex configuration, including complete lamination in register module and an integrated sheeter with conveyor, providing a significant increase in the productivity and efficiency of the production.
Grafotronic machines are sold and serviced in the Iberian region by Spanish-based Lapeyra y Taltavull Comercial.
