Wave TPS invests in Nilpeter FA-17

Wave TPS has explored a wide range of high-quality flexo presses available in the market before deciding to go with Nilpeter. As this is its first flexo machine, the company had many concerns and wanted to opt for the device to move the company forward.

Being based in the heart of Seoul, the company also had to consider the limited space, and according to Woon, Nilpeter’s design allowed it to utilize and maximize its existing floor space. In addition, Wave TPS has also been impressed with the new press's automation features and control-by-wire functionalities.

‘Finally, the expansion capabilities of the FA-Line were crucial,’ added Woon. ‘We wanted to make sure that our operators, design team, and sales employees would get used to flexo technology first before purchasing further press embellishments. Nilpeter was the only press manufacturer that allowed the expansion of the press after installation, in a way that best fits our organization.’

Built around the modern printing operator, with an intuitive user interface and fully mobile print controls, the Nilpeter FA-Line offers stability, tight register tolerance, and printing on multiple substrates: all self-adhesive materials, including flexible packaging films, polymer films, metallic films, and paper. The FA-Line features lightweight sleeves for reduced setup times, easy handling, increased production speeds, higher printing quality, and durability.
