Matik, one of the leading providers of industrial products, has appointed Arturo Felipe as field service technician.
With extensive expertise in electro-mechanical systems, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, Felipe brings a wealth of experience to enhance Matik’s commitment to service and customer satisfaction.
Felipe has a strong background in industrial automation and field service. He previously worked as an electromechanical technician at Witron, specializing in maintaining and repairing automated systems, including cranes and conveyors. His hands-on expertise in PLC/HMI controls, industrial networking and quality control processes makes him an asset in optimizing equipment performance and minimizing downtime for Matik’s customers.
In addition to his technical acumen, Felipe’s experience as senior customer care technician at Cornerstone Automation Systems (CASI) has honed his problem-solving skills and ability to deliver top-tier customer support.
