DKSH promotes Atul Nagarkar

DKSH has appointed Atul Nagarkar as its new vice president, Global Specialty Chemicals Industry, Performance Materials effective January 1, 2022. Nagarkar is based in Singapore and takes over the role from Ramon Vinas.

DKSH has appointed Atul Nagarkar as its new vice president, Global Specialty Chemicals Industry, Performance Materials effective January 1, 2022
Nagarkar will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, operational excellence, and leadership culture in Business Line Specialty Chemicals globally, and the execution of DKSH’s group-wide strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth.  
 
Over the ten years since joining DKSH in 2011 and under his excellent leadership as managing director, Performance Materials and Head, Country Management India, Nagarkar has been instrumental in considerably growing DKSH India’s team as well as business results.  
 
With more than 27 years of global specialty chemicals industry experience, Nagarkar’s previous work engagements include global MNCs, such as Degussa/Evonik, Atul, and Chemtex. Prior to joining DKSH, Nagarkar worked for Praxair with his last appointment as director, Merchant Business.
