Hybrid Software US appoints new sales manager
Keith Grimm will represent the company in the Northern Midwest.
Hybrid Software, a developer of productivity tools for label and package printing, has hired Keith Grimm to be its new sales manager in the Northern Midwest. Grimm will be based in Wisconsin.
Grimm has an exceptional background in sales, operations and general management, particularly with labels and packaging, working with some of the most recognized companies in the industry.
He comes to Hybrid Software from Wegmann Companies, where he was general manager. He also managed general day-to-day operations at LabelTraxx for more than a decade. Prior to that, he held general management and manufacturing roles at Color Label, A&D Labels and Graphic Technology.
‘Hybrid Software is a company I've long admired and had the pleasure of working with on a number of collaborative projects,’ commented Grimm. ‘These experiences always left me impressed with their innovative approach, commitment to quality, and the cohesive teamwork that drives their success.
‘I have also been impressed with the reliability of the Hybrid Software team. While the typical lifecycle for a sales rep is 18 months, it’s extraordinary that Hybrid Software last hired a sales rep four years ago and has not replaced anyone. I am thrilled to be an integral part of this dynamic organization and eager to contribute to and learn from a team that consistently pushes the boundaries of what's possible in our industry.’
‘Hybrid Software works to offer true consultative selling, providing the best possible solutions where they fit within an organization’s workflow,’ added Mike Agness, Hybrid Software executive vice president for Americas. ‘Keith is a polished executive with years of experience in the operation of label and packaging workflows—both from the printer and vendor sides—with the advantage that he already knows our technology and its uses. He’s a problem solver who knows how to make complex decisions to best serve the customer. We look forward to what will be significant contributions from Keith.’
