The Flexographic Technical Association Board of Directors and Foundation of FTA Board of Trustees named Nathan Ridnouer as the association’s new president, effective September 23, 2024.
As president, Ridnouer will lead FTA’s day-to-day operations, manage its various business units, and establish short and long-term strategic plans that enable the association to evolve to meet its membership’s needs.
‘We are thrilled that Nathan has accepted this presidential role. His successful track record in managing associations, his customer focus, and his team-oriented management style will enable him to determine and implement an informed direction for the association,’ said Laura Wright, FFTA chair. ‘We look forward to Nathan supporting the staff and our members as he takes on the challenge of managing FTA and FFTA.’
‘The opportunity to lead FTA is both an honor and an exciting challenge. I am thrilled to join an organization at the forefront of innovation in the flexographic industry,’ commented Ridnouer. ‘I look forward to working closely with the board and our members to build on the strong foundation already in place, embrace new challenges, and drive growth and innovation within our industry.’
Ridnouer most recently held the position of senior vice president of the Computing Technology Industry Association where he led operational departments for member training delivery and certification and technical support.

There he led the development of the trade show and member education strategy for an association of more than 7000 members. He also led SEMA teams to fulfill the association’s vision for member engagement, volunteers, benefit delivery and recognition.
