Standifer joins FTA as membership and community manager

Standifer comes to FTA from the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), where he gained years of experience growing community groups and helping professionals and students find pathways to their goals.

Before that, he worked in public education, where he counseled students to get inspired, set goals, and move toward those goals. He plans to bring those professional experiences to FTA, where he will work with existing groups like the Women of Flexo and help find and establish communities for package printing and converting professionals everywhere.
