OnPrintShop releases new software version with AI capabilities

OnPrintShop, a developer of a bespoke web-to-print packages, has released 11.2 version of its software incorporating new features, intelligent enhancements and optimizations designed to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and boost productivity for print businesses.

The long list of new features includes an improved Order Listing page, which has been enhanced with a more intuitive and user-friendly interface allowing the admin to view the line items from all the orders together, sort and filter them.

Users are now also able schedule delivery at the front store while selecting the shipping options during checkout, the customers can pick their preferred date of delivery.

The software licensees can now show Product Countdown Timer on their shop front, indicating time left for order placement, dispatch date and time. This timer and dispatch details will be displayed based on the cut-off time configured for the selected product.

To minimize the time invested in finalizing the artwork for order fulfillment, OnPrintShop has introduced the Product Design Preview functionality to the Designer Studio. This page will display the blank image, print quality, text placeholder, and skipped page warnings. This will allow your customers to verify their designs and elements and rectify them before placing the order for the artwork created.

The company has also brought Generative AI integration to empower print service providers where they can automate the content and image creation and optimize their operations.

With Generative AI integration, the admin can generate product descriptions, and images within a few seconds and enhance the visuals of the products.

The updates also include a new order reprint management platform, order pickup information, template previews, enhancements to master product options, modifications to product quotes, canvas product enhancements, 3D model previews and more.
