Melitek appointed distributor for Fraser Anti-Static Techniques in Scandinavia

Sweden-based Melitek is a supplier of surface treatment technologies to the manufacturing industry in Scandinavia. It is an agent for Wandres (industrial surface cleaning) and Dietronic (industrial purification).

UK-based Fraser Anti-Static Techniques manufactures a range of equipment, including static eliminators for label printing and converting designed to cater to the greater use of synthetic substrates, higher speeds and growing use of UV inks. The company explained that, when printing with UV inks, it is critical that the substrate is free from dust to reduce the risk of product rejection or misprinting.

It also offers static eliminators for sheet-fed offset printing and label applicators, where static can be present on the label, on the bottle or both.
