Jet Technologies to showcase Omet iFlex and JetiQ at Labelexpo Southeast Asia

Jet Technologies has confirmed its participation in its first-ever Labelexpo to support Southeast Asian growth. The company will showcase an Omet iFlex press in a 10-color configuration and debut JetiQ, a new brand of finishing equipment developed in partnership with Polly Automatics.

Originally established 45 years ago in Australia, Jet Technologies expanded to New Zealand and established its Southeast Asian presence in Indonesia in 2013. More recently, it expanded into Vietnam and operates actively in Malaysia and Singapore.

With a stand of over 150 sqm, the headline feature will be an Omet iFlex (10-color), Jet Technologies' best-selling press in Indonesia. The iFlex label press simplifies setup and boosts productivity. Its innovative features, including servo-assisted pre-register and register setting devices, streamline the process, allowing for quick machine setup (just one minute for eight flexo units) and rapid rebooting after job changes.

Additionally, Jet Technologies will debut the JetiQ brand, a collaboration between Jet Technologies and Polly Automatics, with the JetiQ M370 finishing machine on display. The M370 model features key innovations, including two semi-rotary flexo stations, a robust flat-bed die-cutting station, and the Versatex Digital Print Bar—designed for digital varnish and high-build varnish applications. This elevates labels and packaging, adding value for brand owners.

Another highlight of the stand will be JetiQ SRI450, a slitter/rewinder equipped with an impressive Luster inspection system. Show visitors will be able to see labels produced from start to finish, with a range of embellishments, then inspected and rewound to a ‘ready-to-deliver’ product.

Jet Technologies product managers will be available to assist clients with inquiries regarding the company's full range of products, including inks and coatings, Kocher & Beck tools, SPG screens, Asahi plate materials and Flexo Wash cleaning equipment.
