Rollem installs four semi-slitters in US and Canada

Prestige Marketing, World Creations, Bristol Graphics and Pro Lettrage Drummond invests in new Rollem equipment.

Rollem, a precision cutting and finishing specialist, has installed four of its semi-slitters at converting companies across the US and Canada.

Rollem’s semi-slitting kiss-cutting machines are designed to create ‘crack and peel’ products for easy liner removal, leaving labels or pressure-sensitive stickers ready to adhere to surfaces seamlessly.

With precisely controlled cuts and easy depth adjustments, these machines can handle all types of pressure-sensitive adhesives, from fine paper stocks to heavy gauge plastics. The semi-slitter models are valued for their superior stability and control, enabling consistent accuracy, sheet after sheet.

Prestige Marketing, which installed the first of the machines, specializes in comprehensive content production, including print and packaging. With the installation of Rollem's 24in semi-slitter, Prestige Marketing can now back-slit stickers with even greater precision, further setting its clients’ brands apart.

World Creations, previously reliant on a Roland cutter, has upgraded to Rollem's 24in semi-slitter for back-slitting stickers. This enhancement marks a significant step forward, reflecting World Creations’ commitment to delivering top-notch print products.

Bristol Graphics replaced its Pierce slitter with Rollem's 30in semi-slitter to enhance decal production for its Uhaul fleet. Dedicated to leveraging new technology for quality and efficiency, Bristol Graphics finds the Rollem slitter essential to its operation.

Pro Lettrage Drummond in Quebec specializing in digital printing for industrial stickers, has integrated Rollem's 42in semi-slitter into its labels production line. ‘We use the 42in semi-slitter like a pro,’ said Sylvain Chasse, president of Pro Lettrage Drummond.
