Cosmo Films appoints Justin Glass in North America

Cosmo Films has appointed Justin Glass as president for its business operations across North America. In his new role, Glass will be responsible for devising growth strategies and expanding business in the North American region for the organization. Glass will report to Kulbhushan Malik, senior VP and head of International Operations, Cosmo Films.

A seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience, Glass comes to Cosmo Films with diverse experience and expertise in plastics and packaging industry. Glass started his career in plastic industry as a process engineer for Bi-axially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) tape films in the extrusion and coating functions and moved on to various technical functions across several primary polymer markets.  
 
Glass holds 15 years of expertise in handling commercial and finance related business strategies and planned execution for large multinational packaging manufacturers serving the food, consumer packaging, pharmaceutical and medical packaging verticals. In his past tenures, he has been associated with DS Smith as director Commercial Operations and Klöckner Pentaplast as commercial director Americas – Food and Consumer packaging.

Glass is a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech University, and an MBA from Averett University.
