The press delivers a lengthwise resolution of 600 DPI and a crosswise resolution adjustable from 200 to 1,200 DPI. Arojet has implemented patented printing data and ink data optimization algorithms in the X6.
The X6 utilizes UV-LED curing technology with a water-cooling system, enabling rapid ink drying and increased durability of the printed labels. The proprietary MagicData printing software supports a wide range of variable data formats, including barcodes, QR codes, text in various languages and images.
The X6 employs environmentally friendly UV ink and is equipped with a high-quality Ricoh piezoelectric print head. The focus on high-speed and UV curing technology indicates that the X6 is well-suited for industrial environments requiring durable and quickly produced labels and packaging. The integrated software suggests a streamlined workflow, potentially reducing the learning curve for operators

French manufacturer DCM ATN presents its next-generation shrink sleeve label production equipment.
At the center of DCM ATN's showcase is the new DCM Sleeve 6 shrink sleeve seaming machine, described as 'the leading seaming machine on the market’. The fully automatic system requires minimal operator expertise while delivering exceptional precision with lay-flat width tolerance of +/- 0.15 mm and production speeds reaching 500 m/min.
According to customer feedback, the significant reduction in material waste and doctoring time has enabled users to achieve a return on investment in less than 12 months.
The modular Sleeve 6 platform comes in three configurations to meet varying production needs. The Sleeve Evo features single unwinder and rewinder components, designed as an entry-level solution for label printers entering the shrink sleeve market. The Sleeve Auto is equipped with a single unwinder and a non-stop rewinder, offering approximately 40 percent higher productivity than the Evo model. The Sleeve Intense incorporates non-stop unwinder and rewinder systems, delivering maximum production volume with approximately 60 percent higher productivity than the base model.
The modular design allows customers to upgrade their systems incrementally as production demands increase. Users can transform a Sleeve Evo into a Sleeve Auto by adding the non-stop rewinder module, and further upgrade to a Sleeve Intense with the addition of a non-stop unwinder.

Domino showcases the newly launched high-speed productivity mode for the N730i digital label press. The new feature has been developed in response to customer and market demand for faster and more efficient label printing machines, facilitating the production of high-quality labels with a quick return on investment.
With a new maximum print speed of up to 90 m/min, compared with the standard 70 m/min, Domino’s N730i provides converters with significant efficiency gains, including an up to 28 percent increase in label output, an up to 22 percent reduction in production time, and an annual ink saving of up to 8 percent. According to Domino, these improvements can translate to over 6,500 USD in annual ink cost savings.
By balancing process resolution and line speed, the high-speed print mode retains high-quality output with no perceptible difference in print quality compared to the standard operating mode.
Domino’s high-speed productivity mode will be available for new presses and as an upgrade for existing N730i customers.
Alongside the new high-speed print mode, the N730i digital label press on show at stand G36 will also feature the Domino R-Scan monitoring and inspection system. When a defect is detected, the press automatically comes to a stop with the R-Scan. This enables the operator to remedy the error, reduces the number of labels rejected, and helps maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
At the Nilpeter booth (F32), a K300 monochrome printer is available for demonstrations as part of a hybrid press. The printer will be featured alongside vision inspection from Domino Group Company Lake Image Systems.

Durst showcases its Tau 340 RSC E in a versatile 6-color configuration (CMYKW+orange).
The Tau 340 RSC E is a key model within the Tau RSC platform, offering performance, quality and scalability.
Delivering production speeds of up to 52 m/min (upgradeable to 80 m/min) and true 1,200 x 1,200 DPI resolution, the Tau 340 RSC E meets industrial production requirements without compromising on quality. Its Dimatix Samba G3L printhead offers a 2pl minimum drop size, delivering smooth gradients and sharp images, while automated nozzle compensation increases uptime and lowers service costs.
Other advanced features include an automated printhead cleaning system for minimal daily maintenance and Durst’s Tau RSC UV inks, ensuring durability for demanding outdoor applications with superior light fastness and heat resistance.
What makes the RSC E stand out as a true production powerhouse is its integrated software ecosystem: Durst Workflow Label, Durst Analytics and the newly introduced Durst Hawk AI. This intelligent camera-based system automates print quality management by detecting and correcting issues such as missing nozzles in real time, with no operator input required. This minimizes waste and boosts overall print quality.
Moreover, Durst will also promote the RSCi series, which can reach up to 100 m/min in high-speed mode, demonstrating its commitment to delivering quality and productivity.

Elkem Silicones showcases its complete range of technologies for release coatings, like solventless thermal and UV, emulsion and solvent thermal products, especially developed for labels, tapes, hygiene and various industrial applications. Konica Minolta showcases its flagship digital press AccurioLabel 400, to highlight how it addresses key challenges faced by label converters in the region. The company demonstrates how digital printing can increase on-demand job opportunities and production cost savings and reduce waste due to lower setup and startup material requirements.
The flagship Konica Minolta press can offer printing speeds of up to 40 m/nim (CMYK) and up to 20 m/min with optional white. It also features a 1.200 DPI printing resolution, an integrated BST web guide system and can be optionally fitted with a corona treater, unwind unit for lamination, and a drawer dusty cleaner -double-sided.
The press is capable of printing on a wide range of substrates, including P and PET, with media thickness between 81 to 256 gsm.
During live demonstrations of the AccurioLabel 400, the show visitors will be able to see the high color quality with outstanding white toner in action, supporting perfect white label printing in a single pass.
Konica Minolta also showcases user-friendly functions, including automatic quality adjustment and control, that eliminate the need for highly skilled labor, and imposition software for automated label placement on the print layout.

Label Source demos its super-productive label printing machine, the in-line flexo press F6-370-10C, fitted with nonstop unwind and rewind, nonstop waste removal and waste compression machine. This equipment can offer 24-hour nonstop production with high-level printing registration performance. The manufacturer has exceeded 400 installations of this machine across the global market.
The company also runs live demonstrations of the Hanlabel inkjet digital press configured for seven-color digital printing, three flexo stations and two sets of cold foil modules for multiple applications. Innovative Malaysia-based company promotes its innovative technologies developed to upcycle label liners and turn hard-to-recycle materials into fuel. MIW specializes in producing Recovered Cellulose Pulp (RCP) from upcycled label liners, which serves as a high-quality raw material for paper and packaging manufacturers. The company also develops Processed Engineered Fuel (PEF), an industrial fuel derived from non-recyclable laminates and label matrix, which provides an alternative to fossil fuels.
