US printer makes commitment to quality

Gallas Label & Decal has recently initiated lean initiatives to hold down costs, carried out brand development, launched a new website, and made energy-efficient building improvements.

It plans to continue these developments, with equipment upgrades, further lean initiatives and continuous education of its employees.

This work has already started to bear fruit, as over the past five quarters the company’s on-time delivery rate scored 99 percent. In the same time period, their clients’ product acceptance rate achieved 99.996 percent.
