FLAG’s 2025 Annual Meeting to feature efficiency and sales panel discussion

Flexo Label Advantage Group (FLAG) has announced a highlight of its 2025 Annual Meeting—the Power Up Your Efficiency & Sales panel discussion. Taking place on Wednesday, April 30, this session will bring together industry leaders to share strategies for improving operational efficiency and driving sales growth.
Facilitated by LPC’s Jackie Kuehlmann, the panel will feature four FLAG members with extensive experience in label converting and flexible packaging. These leaders will share real-world experiences, challenges, and strategies that attendees can apply immediately to strengthen their businesses.
The first panelist will be Liz Pecha-Poelker, CEO of PrintFlex Graphics. With over 35 years in the industry, she brings deep expertise in business operations, finance, HR and marketing. As CEO, she balances strategic decision-making with hands-on leadership, ensuring PrintFlex Graphics remains competitive in a fast-evolving industry. She thrives on problem-solving and adapting to new challenges, making her a strong voice in efficiency and operational decision-making.
Gavin Bence, VP of operations at Tailored Label, will join Pecha-Poelker. He oversees engineering, quality and manufacturing operations, leveraging his engineering background to drive process improvement and innovation. Growing up around the industry, he understands the importance of people and leadership in building a successful team. His approach focuses on empowering employees and fostering a learning and continuous improvement culture.
The third panelist will be Adam Sidrane, VP of business development at K. Sidrane. With a sharp focus on strategic partnerships, vendor management and business growth, Sidrane plays a key role in scaling the company’s operations. Since joining full-time in 2019, he has become a strategic problem-solver who helps prioritize clients and create tailored solutions. His expertise in customer engagement and sales growth makes him a valuable contributor to this discussion.
Ryan Jackson, VP of business development at Columbine Label Company will also join the discussion panel. Born into the label industry, he brings a unique perspective, having worked in production and sales. His experience includes time at FLEXcon before rejoining Columbine Label, where he oversees sales, customer service and business development. Ryan’s passion for helping small businesses succeed and finding creative ways to drive sales and improve efficiency will be a key part of this panel discussion.
