CCL Industries announces bolt-on acquisition for Avery in Quebec

CCL Industries has acquired the shares of Colle a Moi (CAM), a manufacturer of personalized kid’s labels based in Quebec City, Canada.

The debt-free, all-cash purchase consideration, subject to customary closing conditions, is approximately $3.0 million CAD ($2.2 million USD).

Geoffrey T. Martin, President and CEO of CCL Industries, commented: ‘This is the eighth bolt-on acquisition we have made since acquiring Avery in 2013 as we continue to build our rapidly growing portfolio of web-to-print technologies and brands using software and related supplies. The addition of Colle a Moi complements similar end-use propositions already present in our global portfolio of brands.’
