Global Graphics Machineries secures deal with Flen Labels

Global Graphics Machineries, a distributor for Weigang in India, has sold a Weigang ZJR-450G 10-color, shaftless, servo-driven, in-line UV flexo press to Flen Labels of Ahmedabad. The company will showcase the machine at Labelexpo India 2024 at booth no. J22, hall 11. 

According to the company, the Weigang ZJR-450G flexo printing machine has a unique print sleeves system that eliminates the gears from the printing unit, thereby giving enhanced printing results, while the lightweight print sleeves also facilitate easy handling, storage and changeovers. Equipped with dual European servo motors on each printing unit, the machine is suitable for running in a second pass with an accurate register. Cold foil stamping attachment with its foil-saving mechanism, multi-layer lamination and auto-switchover from hot air dryer to IR drying (as per job curing requirements) are some of the features of this 10-color machine.

Flen Labels, part of the Fortune Labels Enterprise group, is one of the leading label producers and exporters of specialty labels and packaging. Apart from printing on regular substrates like paper, PVC, BOPP, PET, PE and metalized paper, Flen Labels has expertise in printing shrink sleeves, lamitubes, in-mold labels and duplex boards with distinctive features and embellishments. IML has been a forte of the company.
