Unnati Stickers installs NBG StarFlex flexo press

Hyderabad, India based Unnati Stickers label manufacturer has installed StarFlex S430 narrow web roll-fed flexo printing machine to meet evolving customer demands and enhance operational efficiency. 

Manufactured by NBG Printographic Machinery Company in Faridabad the StarFlex S430 reflects a culmination of extensive research and development, incorporating the latest technologies. 

The StarFlex S430 offers modular construction for enhanced flexibility, top-loading of plate cylinders for operator convenience, tool-less ink tray loading for increased efficiency, and the integration of pneumatics and servo drives to ensure precision and smooth operation.  

The latest version of StarFlex is equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI) for centralized controls, providing operators with a user-friendly interface for seamless management.The sturdy structure and ergonomic design of the StarFlex S430 offers consistent performance across multiple substrates.  

Unnati Stickers plans on leveraging the StarFlex S430 for a myriad of applications, including labels for pharmaceuticals, food, FMCG, wine and spirits, as well as tags, flexible packaging and security printing.
