DTM Print unveils PL400e Pouch Labeler

DTM Print, an international OEM and technology provider for specialty printing systems, has unveiled the new PL400e Pouch Labeler.  

This advanced semi-automatic labeling machine is engineered to provide businesses with a fast and reliable machine for applying labels to unfilled pouches, envelopes and flat bags with precision and ease. 

With its user-friendly design, the PL400e streamlines the labeling process, allowing operators to set up and operate the machine quickly and easily. Capable of labeling up to 1,300 items per hour, it boosts productivity without compromising on accuracy. 

The PL400e applies labels to both the front and back of pouches with customizable positions. The LED display comes with a built-in counter and memory capability for up to nine label offsets that make it easy to process recurring jobs. 

The intuitive setup and operation allow for quick training and minimal downtime, providing a hassle-free labeling experience. Including a label liner rewinder optimizes operations by keeping waste liner material off the floor and winding it into a roll for easy disposal, contributing to a cleaner workspace during high-usage periods. 

The PL400e is engineered for flexibility, accepting pouches of various sizes and materials, including those with zippers, euro holes and degassing/aroma valves. Its ultra-reliable mechanical sensor allows for accurate labeling of even clear bags without any adjustments to the machine, making it an incredibly versatile addition to any production line.

The PL400e Pouch Labeler is available for EUR 1,795 (USD 1951.95) (MSRP) through DTM Print and authorized DTM Print partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Additionally, DTM Print offers customers a three-year warranty for PL400e units within the EU, UK and EFTA countries upon product registration at the company website.
