LemuGroup is exhibiting its newest offering in off-line digital finishing and embellishment, an MA-350, combined with robotic automated roll packaging. This turnkey system allows a single operator roll to sealed box non-stop operation.

The LemuGroup system allows for streamlined and efficient digital converting and finishing with one pass single operator capability, including spot varnishing, heavy duty hot stamping, screen printing, window extracting system in semi-rotary technology. 

‘The new system is the ultimate in 24 hours on demand turn around for converters offering expedited print services for clients,’ said the company. 

The MA-350 system is complimented with a GTU glueless turret rewinder and Lemu automatic robotic boxing system. As with all Lemu Group automation, it can be equipped to run on any digital or traditional flexo press.
