GEW shows latest UV technology and launches a new service scheme - Stand E500

High efficiency, low power consumption, and new ideas for ongoing service support are the theme of leading UV systems manufacturer, GEW, at Gulf Print & Pack 2011.

On show will be the company’s next generation of its new e-System with e-Brick power supplies, with new design elements and reflector geometry to increase energy efficiency.  Customers can now select the optimum power level required for each job depending on the properties of the ink, coating or adhesive at the appropriate machine speed.  The idea is to overcome the traditional approach of running maximum power to avoid the risk of under-cure.

New for Gulf Print & Pack is the company’s ‘Service+ Scheme’ that extends warranty from 1 year to 3 at no extra cost, subject to GEW lamps and parts being used.  Free 24-hour worldwide telephone support is included, plus support and advice on UV curing solutions.
