Live demonstrations of the press will showcase how it can help local converters overcome key challenges.

Konica Minolta Thailand has confirmed that it will exhibit its flagship digital press AccurioLabel 400 at the upcoming Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2025 in Bangkok to highlight how the press addresses key challenges faced by label converters in the region.

The company will demonstrate how digital printing can increase on-demand job opportunities and production cost savings and reduce waste due to lower setup and startup material requirements.

The flagship Konica Minolta press can offer printing speeds of up to 40 m/nim (CMYK) and up to 20 m/min with optional white. It also features a 1.200 DPI printing resolution, an integrated BST web guide system and can be optionally fitted with a corona treater, unwind unit for lamination and drawer dusty cleaner -double sides.

The press is capable of printing on a wide range of substrates, including P and PET, with media thickness between 81 to 256 gsm.

‘We go beyond simply offering production innovations and technologies. We focus on creating value and providing Konica Minolta’s original solutions that genuinely address our customers' challenges and exactly solve their problems. This is our managing director’s significant direction in Fiscal Year 2025,’ said Watcharapong, marketing communication section manager at Konica Minolta Thailand.

‘The AccurioLabel 400 reflects our commitment, as evidenced by the rapid global sales growth of the AccurioLabel digital label press. From its first worldwide installation in 2017 to the countdown towards our 2,000th unit sale in the near future, we aim for the AccurioLabel 400 to be a key driver for label and converter entrepreneurs in today's highly competitive market, offering endless business value,’ added Watcharapong.

During live demonstrations of the AccurioLabel 400, the show visitors will be able to see the high color quality with outstanding white toner in action, supporting perfect white label printing in a single pass.

Konica Minolta will also be showcasing user-friendly functions, including automatic quality adjustment and control, that eliminate the need for highly skilled labor, and imposition software for automated label placement on the print layout.

‘These functionalities of the AccurioPress 400 effectively address key pain points for entrepreneurs, such as the shortage of skilled labor, minimum order quantities, and inconsistent print quality, all at once,’ concluded Watcharapong.
