Mark Andy unveils Evolution Series at Labelexpo
Mark Andy has introduced the Evolution Series, a simple to operate platform, which offers a scalable production while providing adaptability to the future needs.
The servo press, which made its global debut at Labelexpo Europe is available in 13 and 17in (330 and 460mm) web widths with production speeds up to 750fpm (230mpm).
The company believes the Evolution Series is a strategic addition to the its flexo technology by providing full servo system previously unattainable to this range of the market.
‘Full servo flexographic printing is now within reach for all converters,’ said Tom Schelmbauer, chief business officer at Mark Andy. ‘This technology, with the highest possible quality and engineering, has been a longstanding - and noticeably absent - request in the industry. Building on the success of our existing technology, we’re able to bring the Evolution Series to market as a solution for converters that need a label or film press with the capability to grow as their business grows.’
Evolution Series joins Mark Andy’s flexographic portfolio offerings, also including the Performance Series P7E and P9E. Deliveries of Evolution Series will be ready in October 2019 globally.
