Heidelberg updates supervisory board
Heidelberg has updated its supervisory board, with Kirsten Lange replacing Lone Fønss Schrøder.
Due to corporate governance guidelines Lone Fønss Schrøder resigned her supervisory board mandate at her own request and has stepped down after almost four years, as of January 31.
On February 2, the Mannheim Court of Registration appointed Kirsten Lange from Voith Hydro’s management board as her successor.
Since September 2012, Lange has been a member of the management board of Voith Hydro in charge of business development, which covers service business, automation and plant engineering.
Prior to this, she spent more than two decades in managerial positions with the Boston Consulting Group and was primarily involved in international machine and plant construction projects.
Robert J. Koehler, chairman of the Heidelberg supervisory board, said: ‘The supervisory board would like to thank Lone Fønss Schrøder for her valuable support and cooperation over the past few years.
‘We are also delighted to welcome an experienced senior executive in the shape of Kirsten Lange. Her wide-ranging knowledge in the mechanical engineering sector will bring us significant added value.’
