Pro Mach acquires Labeling Systems

Pro Mach has acquired Labeling Systems, better known as LSI, a designer and manufacturer of pressure sensitive labeling equipment. New Jersey-based LSI will become a division of Pro Mach's Identification and Tracking Business Unit.

With the acquisition of LSI, Pro Mach expands its portfolio of labeling, coding and marking solutions. LSI designs and manufactures turnkey systems for labeling of beverages, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and other consumer and industrial goods.

Jack Roe, LSI executive vice-president and general manager, will join Pro Mach and continue to guide the new division as vice-president and general manager. He will report to Bob Zuilhof, president of Pro Mach's Identification and Tracking Business Unit.

‘LSI complements Pro Mach's existing identification and tracking portfolio and enhances our capabilities to provide standard and highly engineered labeling solutions,’ said Zuilhof. ‘Our combined expertise and wide range of equipment allows us to serve nearly any labeling, identification and tracking need for customers who rely on us for quality products and services.’
