Beta Industries introduces Betaflex Micrometer Table

Beta Industries, a US-based quality control specialist, has released the Betaflex Micrometer Table with FlexiGage Database Software, a device designed to offer an affordable, easy-to-fit, or retrofit alternative to flexo plate measuring technology.

According to the company, the new product is an instant and economic micrometre table that offers significant savings in production time, cost and resources.

The new Betaflex Micrometer Table is a modular solid steel micrometer table that can be easily installed between two existing tables or within a recessed area. It measures only 39.5 x 12 x 3 in and weighs less than 45 lbs.

The FlexiGage Micrometer Software is the optional database and report generation software for maintaining an active database of plates measured, customers, and more.

The new product offers a solid stainless-steel base, the choice of two high-resolution micrometers, and software with report generation for internal and external documentation. It aims to offer businesses more profitable and consistent production, reduced waste and better ROI.
