HiFlow Solutions becomes Microsoft AI Cloud partner

HiFlow Solutions, a print and packaging management software specialist, has achieved a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner designation. By leveraging Microsoft AI tools, HiFlow provides enhanced automation, predictive insights and data integration to its packaging ERP software users.

Microsoft AI Cloud is a suite of cloud-based artificial intelligence tools and products integrated into Microsoft's Azure platform. It offers organizations access to powerful AI-driven capabilities, such as machine learning models, natural language processing and advanced data analytics.

Becoming a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner enables HiFlow to integrate advanced AI capabilities into its ERP software, helping converters optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and unlock new levels of efficiency.

The company’s first AI development integrates artificial intelligence within the Purchase Order Management Module of its ERP. The new PO features focus on AI-driven process automation, which eliminates repetitive data entry tasks and automatically processes and validates purchase orders. Additionally, the software can provide AI-enhanced insights to improve decision-making and supply chain efficiency.

The AI-enhanced PO Management system is tailored to the unique needs of packaging companies. It provides Microsoft-backed tools to manage complex workflows and adapt to rapidly changing markets. HiFlow’s integration with Microsoft AI Cloud also ensures that users can harness the power of cutting-edge technology in a secure and scalable environment.

HiFlow customers will have access to the new AI tools in early 2025.
