Elisa Ortega promoted to inside sales at Anderson & Vreeland

Ortega will work closely with A&V’s account managers to drive organic account growth and total account management.

Elisa Ortega has been promoted to inside sales at Anderson & Vreeland (A&V), one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of flexo print technologies, equipment and consumables.

In her new role, Ortega will work with A&V's account managers to drive the company's growth mission by cultivating new business through prospecting, incoming lead nurturing, organic account growth, and total account management. She will also collaborate with the outside sales team to enhance customer touchpoints, build strong customer relationships and address customers' needs.

Previously overseeing the customer service (CSR) team, Ortega ensured operational productivity and workflows aligned with A&V and customer requirements. She identified areas for improvement, addressed inefficiencies and played a key role in business management for recurring issues. Additionally, she managed price increases, generated notifications, produced reports for customers and sales and coordinated cross-training within the team.

Ortega will leverage her expertise to analyze and meet the needs of prospects and customers effectively. Her familiarity with the A&V portfolio and the West Coast customer base made her the ideal candidate for the role.
