Star Packaging invests in Rhyguan Smart-330

India-based corrugated box manufacturer, Star Packaging has invested in a Rhyguan SMART-330 from Flexo Image Graphics (FIG). It is an offline inspection system with Luster camera. FIG is a distributor and service provider of flexo presses and associated equipment in the Indian sub-continent, including Rhyguan offline inspection systems.

On its investment in the Rhyguan Smart-330, Manoj Kumar, proprietor of Star Packaging, remarked: ‘Our first impression of this Rhyguan machine is its advanced features that stand apart among other machines in its class.’ He added: ‘Automation and pneumatic control of the machine eventually help us boost accuracy and efficiency in our overall post-press jobs.’

Rhyguan Smart-330’s optical luster camera recognizes and records defect in the data system by rewind process. All defects are removed through the machine’s PrintFlow manager system that works with rewinder. Capable to run at the maximum speed of 300m/min, Rhyguan Smart-330 is engineered to unwind and rewind maximum diameter up to 700 mm.
