Esko conference to address managing India’s packaging supply chain

Esko, along with Videojet and X-Rite as part of Danaher’s Product Identification Council, is to host a conference in Gurgaon, India on May 22 to ‘inspire and motivate’ brand owners to take advantage of the latest technology implementations by the company’s customers.

Bernard Zwaenepoel, senior vice president of Esko’s software business will present Esko’s vision for the packaging supply chain and project technology implementations by global brand owners.
An element of the event program will be a discussion on how to manage the packaging supply chain using Esko’s WebCenter software, a web-based software-driven platform that manages packaging pre-production specification, approval and the project life cycle.
 
The conference will include presentations from two of Esko’s multi-location packaging specialists in India, Trigon Digital Solutions located in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi and Dubai, and Meghdoot Packaging which has plants in New Delhi and Pantnagar in Uttaranchal, who will demonstrate how their recent software and hardware acquisitions enrich and streamline the packaging supply chain.

Further, X-Rite application engineer Patsy Hui will focus on achieving accurate color reproduction using PantoneLIVE, and Dhananjay Bapat, Videojet’s director of marketing, will speak about product coding and marking.
