CTI Invest acquires Argentine converter Adhepel

CTI Invest has signed an agreement to acquire Argentine label converter Adhepel, owned by Daniel Varsky and Fernando Varsky.
Adhepel produces a wide range of self-adhesive labels, specializing in the wine sector. The company employs around 100 employees at two production sites, in Buenos Aires and in Mendoza, where the country’s most important vineyards are located.

The management has appointed Juan Felipe Correa Otero as general manager.
CTI Invest is a global player in the packaging and label industry with further production sites around the globe. Apart from sites in Canada, Spain, Germany (Viappiani Germany), Italy (Viappiani Italy) and Brazil (Viappiani do Brazil) it has been producing prime labels in Colombia for more than 25 years (Viappiani de Colombia). It is a privately held Austrian holding company with headquarters close to Linz, Austria.
